What you need to know about CPS

Counselling involves working one-on-one with you or with your partner and family, with the aim of coping with distressing issues or events.

Employing a variety of approaches being solution focused and strengths based, tailored specifically to your needs, goals, and situation.

CPS prides itself on being relaxed, approachable and down to earth and recognises the importance of the therapeutic relationship.

How Often Should You Have Therapy?

The beauty of therapy is that you get to work at your own pace. Whether that means meeting weekly or less frequently, the aim is to get the most out of your time with us.

Ensuring you always have enough time for reflection and to practice strategies we agree on to help you move forward whether that is weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
